About This Role:
Role is to support the core accounting functions (Cash Management/ AR/ Intercompany). This position requires detailed understanding of the policies, procedures and mainly Oracle system. It also includes maintaining internal control environment and proactively ensuring compliance and efficiency in the various areas described below.
What You’ll Do:
- Processing the bank transactions, monthly bank reconciliation. Identify issues and take the appropriate action for all Swiss HQ related banks.
- Processing credit notes in AR in line with the SOP, book the receipts, reconcile the AR Aging with GL and follow up on any outstanding amount to limit the overdue receivable amount. Also preparing the International Aging Summary file.
- Processing the intercompany paydowns and ensure intercompany invoice flow in Oracle related to Swiss HQ and FSS and Intercompany closing activities
- Consolidating AR Aging International by product + DSO calculation
- Assist with external and internal audit inquiries and ensure SOX control compliance as necessary.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience in an accounting function
- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
- Proven ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural settings.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Additional Information
This role is eligible to off campus work model (3 days in a quarter in Warsaw office).
Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
