In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Accurate and timely reporting of the financials on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. This includes intercompany balances with affiliates.

• Ensures accounting policies and procedures are followed in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company's internal control framework.

• Prepares the monthly Capital Expenditure Report and other fixed asset reporting.

• Works with engineering to monitor capital projects and close them into fixed assets on a timely basis.

• Point of contact for corporate insurance programs

• Prepares and tracks all governmental reporting related to financial data.

• Assist with audit requests from internal and external auditors.

• Perform special projects, ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.

Potentially relevant experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting or related field with 3+ years of experience in industry, public accounting or government

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of IFRS

• Experience with SAP

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a global organization

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Expected salary range: $85,000-115,000

Location: West Allis, WI (hybrid)
