As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Account Executive to drive growth in the agricultural vehicle space.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Account Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our commercial sales team, responsible for managing and nurturing existing client relationships within the agricultural vehicle sector while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within these accounts. Your primary aim will be to achieve revenue targets by effectively promoting and selling our automotive connectivity software solutions and related value-added services products. This role requires a deep understanding of the agricultural vehicle industry, excellent sales acumen, and a proven track record in enterprise software solution sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the agricultural vehicle space.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers, establish strong business relationships, and cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the agricultural vehicle industry.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering, to ensure alignment in delivering tailored solutions to customers.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our automotive connectivity software solutions.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored recommendations to meet their connectivity and data management needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation in the company's CRM system, providing regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities, providing insightful feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through self-learning, training programs, and industry events.
Requirements
  • Direct experience working with clients within the Automotive industry to identify business solutions will be a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions, with a focus on the automotive or agricultural vehicle industry.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural vehicle market, including key players, customer pain points, and emerging trends.
  • Good understanding of the latest key enabling technologies impacting Automotive industry change – e.g. Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS), Telematics, Navigation Software, Connectivity Management Platforms and Mobility applications.
  • Extensive experience establishing relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers and different levels across organisations.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and/or public speaking experience
  • Ability to confidently represent Cubic’s solution and establish credibility as a subject matter expert in Automotive IoT solutions.
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to work alone and a drive and ambition to win.
  • Ability to travel as required by business objectives (assumes return to normalised business travel permissions and safety)
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Fast learner with passion for innovation, business development and success
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a results-driven approach
  • Open minded team player
