Overview of the Program
Atlas SP’s UK based European business is seeking an analyst for structuring and origination across European Securitized Products.
Primary Responsibilities
- Opportunity to participate in and be involved in all aspects of projects and be staffed on several assignments at one time, and present your work directly to senior leadership
- Work on and be exposed to all stages of a transaction including pitching, structuring, negotiation, execution, and closing
- Actively participate in the team’s structuring efforts to Analyze different structuring alternatives and help advise clients on a solution(s)
- Ability to learn and develop marketing materials related to securitization offerings for banking, trading, sales forces, and investors
- Monitor and analyze market conditions and provide weekly feedback
- Help analyze risk in an effort to gain internal approval for a transaction
Qualification and Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience
- BA/BSC degree with a quantitatively focused degree
- Excellent academic record with ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment
- Analytical modeling skills
- Hands-on experience working with statistical analysis
- Experience in managing quantitative projects
- Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills
- Exemplifies high standards with regards to ethics and integrity
- Candidate must be self-motivated and willing to work in a team environment
- Candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
