About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, guide teams in agile practices, and remove obstacles to ensure successful delivery. You will collaborate with Product Owners and team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficient delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor teams on Scrum and agile methodologies.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Maintain communication between development teams and stakeholders.
- Track key Scrum metrics and drive process improvements.
- Support Product Owners with backlog management.
Who You Are
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master or in an agile environment.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
