In your role as SAP Test Manager at Accenture, you will have a directly impacts project quality and client satisfaction. You will play a central role in leading end-to-end testing efforts, across planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and continuous improvements. Your expertise in testing methods, tools, and automation will ensure we bring innovation to our clients and deliver on time and Quality.

Your role involves close collaboration with clients and Accenture colleagues worldwide. Leveraging your robust teamwork skills, you'll facilitate effective communication and ensure alignment towards common objectives. With your expertise and passion for testing and quality assurance, you'll not only lead teams to success but also drive the continuous growth of Accenture's SAP group. This involves sharing insights, developing assets, and propelling both your own and Accenture's growth.

About you:

You have a higher education and experience in SAP Test Management. You may have various approaches to this job. We expect you to possess:

• Strong leadership and coordination skills with a proven track record of success in Test Lead roles within SAP projects, consistently delivering on time and ensuring quality.
• Experience in testing across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall projects, being able to adapt to various project frameworks and deliver optimal results.
• Hands on experience with a broad range of Test Management and Test Automation tools. Such as HP ALM, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, Tosca Tricentis, LoadRunner.
• Communication and collaboration skills, accustomed to working closely with both clients and global teams to establish and maintain robust professional relationships. You are a committed and inspiring leader who can rally your team
• Committed to continuous learning and development, with a passion for integrating new technologies and innovative methods to optimize Test Management.
