Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage all production orders in SAP during each shift, ensuring that all data is correctly entered and updated in real-time.
- Conduct scheduled stock takes and reconcile inventory variances in SAP to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are available for finished goods store.
- Provide support to production employees in using SAP for order processing and inventory management and conduct training sessions to improve accuracy and efficiencies.
- Ensure the integrity of data entered into SAP and generate reports on production and inventory status to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply all HSE safety principles, rules and requirements at all times and escalate any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Matric.
- SAP knowledge and experience.
- General proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Very good knowledge of English. (spoken / written)
- Working knowledge of safety regulation and procedures.
