Job Summary
As a Termination Coordinator at Equinix, you will play a crucial role in managing the termination order creation process for our customers’ services and contracts. You will ensure that all terminations/ de-installation orders of products and services are handled efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth transitions for our clients.
Responsibilities
Termination Processing

Manage the end-to-end termination/ de-installation order creation process for our customer's products and services

Review and verify termination/de-install requests to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and policies

Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the termination/de-installation order creation process
Client Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding termination/ de-installation orders

Communicate effectively with clients to explain the termination/de-install orders and address any concerns
Documentation and Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of all termination/de-install requests and actions taken

Ensure all documentation is completed and filed in accordance with company policies
Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and others
Reporting

Identify areas process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency
Compliance

Ensure all terminations and de-installation of products and services orders are conducted in accordance with policies, legal requirements, and industry standards

Stay updated on relevant regulations and best practices related to contract terminations
Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred

Previous experience in contract management or customer service

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or contract management software

Strong proficiency in English written and reading comprehension
