We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing Salesforce initiatives, coordinating with Salesforce IT, and resolving Salesforce-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and project management and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Support and complete Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Salesforce Administration: Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce, including managing user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in coordination with other Salesforce SMEs and the Salesforce IT team, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Data Management: Help review data for integrity and complete data management tasks, including data imports, data cleansing, and data quality initiatives.
- User Training and Support: Support training efforts and questions from Salesforce users, ensuring they are equipped to use the platform effectively.
- Process Improvement: Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce operations.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to understand their needs and provide Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data management and data quality best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $60,000-$80,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $69,000-$92,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
