Main ResponsibilitiesRequest and Issue Management:

  • Conducting preliminary analysis of requests from users and decision-makers, and communicating these to the supplier.
  • Performing initial analysis of issues encountered and providing possible solutions.
  • In cases where a solution cannot be provided, escalating the issue to the supplier with full details and tracking progress until resolution.

Data and System Accuracy:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of system master data (product, customer, price list, etc.)
  • Ensuring that special sales conditions (such as campaigns) requested by the sales team are accurately set up in the system.

Testing and User Training:

  • Preparing relevant test scenarios and performing acceptance testing in cases of software or business process changes.
  • Providing hand terminal or back-office training for new users.

Approval and Authorization Processes:

  • Managing necessary tracking and authorization within approval processes.
  • Handling the invoice approval process between Distributors and Pernod Ricard.

Detailed Job Description

  • Analyze incoming problems and, if a solution cannot be produced, escalate the issue to the supplier with a detailed analysis and follow up until it is resolved.
  • Ensure all issues are accurately logged and submitted to the supplier's Service Desk application for timely resolution.
  • Install software on hand terminals as required, ensuring proper functionality and seamless operation.
  • Perform a pre-analysis of change requests from users, prepare comprehensive reports, and share these reports with the relevant process owner for review and action.
  • Develop detailed test plans and scenarios for each version to be released, ensuring thorough testing and quality control.
  • Conduct acceptance tests to verify system functionality and performance before deployment.
  • Regularly update and maintain user manuals to reflect changes and improvements in processes and systems, ensuring they are clear and accessible.
  • Lead and support users during the development and after the implementation of reporting tools, ensuring effective adoption and addressing any challenges faced during usage.
Requirement To Perform The Job (Knnowledge, Ability, Behaviour)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset. Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and excellent business follow-up.
  • Team player with adaptability and a growth-oriented approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Solid understanding of general IT concepts (hardware, operating systems, databases).
  • Preferably familiar with the Panorama EnRoute Sales System is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and strong computer skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required.
