Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a Sales Support Coordinator. In this role, you will provide general sales support for our sales channels including budget tracking, onboarding new partners and agents, and managing various aspects of sales incentives. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Impact:
Onboarding Support:
• Ensure new partners and agents are being onboarded timely, assigned ID’s, systems access and offboarded through our systems.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure all partners complete necessary paperwork and training.
• Providing logistical and administrative support for new Partners.
Sales Compensation and Incentive Management
• Support the administration of sales compensation plans for internal sales team members.
• Maintain accurate records of bonuses, and incentive payouts for partners and internal sales team members.
• Assist in generating reports related to sales performance and incentives, ensuring data accuracy.
• Work closely with the Sales Operations team to ensure incentive policies and calculations are accurate.
Excel & Data Management:
• Use Excel to maintain and analyze financial data related to budgets and compensation, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Help streamline data collection and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely information for management.
• Assist with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as needed.
Project Management Tracking:
• Project manage partner onboarding tasks for the multiple teams.
• Provide project management support for ongoing initiatives and projects.
• Track progress of tasks against due dates for initiatives
• Leverage Asana for task tracking.
• Communicate projects on target or at risk.
Budget Tracking:
• Assist in tracking and maintaining the company's budgets across the team including incentives, swag, attire, systems, travel etc.
• Create/ update and monitor budget tracking to ensure spending aligns with forecasts and budget.
• Provide support in preparing monthly budget reports for management review.
• Analyze comp spent against return and highlight any discrepancies.
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE
• Two-3 years experiences in sales support or project management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with AI and can leverage it for tasks where applicable.
• Enjoy fast paced environment and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

A plus if you have:
• Education: bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or experience or a related field. Project management certifications.
Physical Demands:
• Work is mostly sedentary, performed indoors from a home or company office, while operating a computer, monitor, keyboard.
• There is minimal travel required.
