To promote Cat Product Support Services to equipment owners.
To actively promote CAT merchandising programmes such as CTS, Reman Parts, SOS, TA, MIP and other seasonal l campaigns.
Plans customers calls and ensure coverage is adequate as per PAR (Required Calls Per Year)
To foster good customer relations and assist customer on CAT equipment maintenance.
Provide and share competitive market information as well as updates on changes in customer and market situation.
To assist service department on technical information when required.
Work closely with service department in order to attend to customer’s issues and dispute with great care and within the interest of the company.
Proper procedure is follow through when accessing customer credit assessment and recommendation to management on credit level/credit days.
Feedback to HQ on competitive offering (competitive price, attributes, new competition)
To review PSS debtors and ensure accounts are maintained within credit period accorded.
To key-in daily call report into CRM system in weekly basis
Responsible in maintaining all normal and doubtful accounts within 30 credit days.
Recommends legal action for delinquent customers and closing of accounts that are no longer active.
Submits commission claims and relevant reports timely for processing.
Submit other required reports timely especially Daily-Call-Reports.
Updates customers machine population and equipment activity.
