Sales Process Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and coordinate assigned client account work in a timely and profitable manner.
• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring seamless client interactions and timely follow-ups.
• Assist in managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and updating CRM systems with accurate data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project schedules & ensure project milestones are met and deliverables align with client expectations.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends and client needs, support ad-hoc cold-calling activities.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize sales processes and enhance client experience and satisfaction.
• Follow up on inquiry calls; respond to specific client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Work with business support to bill clients in a timely, concise, and profitable manner.
• Anticipate and respond to client requirements in a timely fashion.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or degree equivalent with generally 2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales support, project management or similar role.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, Access, e-mail and other company Software programs (Oracle, Saleforce, CPQ).
• Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff and clients (with a client-focused approach).
• Meticulous, strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Must be able to identify problems and offer workable solutions.
• Experiences in project handling/management will be an added advantage.
