Position Summary
Job Description
The Sales Marketing Specialist provides support for the Lottery in the management of their terminal-based games portfolio. They will aid the Marketing Manager in delivering effective campaigns that achieve the company and client objectives. This person will also be responsible for reporting campaign progress using diverse metrics and providing weekly and monthly performance reports. They will be responsible for assisting day-to-day execution of game creation, promotions, and sales support. The marketing professional must be a team player, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Functions:

Monitor and analyze game sales and trends looking for areas of concern regarding game performance.

Work closely with the Lottery to determine the games targeted for support needs by analyzing the sales performance and trends of each game.

In collaboration with the Lottery, develop promotion plans and identifies promotion goals.

Evaluate promotional performance to determine ROI and potential modifications for future initiatives.

Work with other departments in support of site sales and support goals.

Travel to lottery locations and corporate locations on an as needed basis.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
Skills/Abilities:

Two years equivalent experience within the field.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to communicate with all levels of management.

Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.

Strong time management skills.

Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship.

Knowledge of analytical software is desired.
