YOUR MISSION
As a Glovo Sales Executive, you will be a key representative of our company’s sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline and signing up local stores. Glovo is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the trendiest places in each city and delivers their products within the next hour. The Sales team is directly responsible for partnering with both smaller local stores and bigger brands to display them on our Glovo platform. You will work with a high-performing sales team and a Head of Sales.
THE JOURNEY
- Self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold calling.
- Build a partner portfolio from scratch and negotiate the best products in the country to deliver them to our customers while achieving agreed KPIs and monthly targets defined by the Sales Manager.
- Ensure all sales administration and coordination are accomplished effectively & accurately to provide a seamless handover to the operations team.
- Setting up appointments and visiting potential customers for new business
- Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our partners, including sustainable economics for both parties
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times, establishing a culture of both personal and organisational trust. Acting as an ambassador of Glovo
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Sales hunger is a must! You may never take a no for an answer.
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
- A passion to make a positive impact on the life of millions of people through technology
- 1-2 years of experience in high-performance sales in a B2C/B2B environment
- Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
- Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
- Excellent Local Language and English skills.
- Strong communication abilities with the ability to influence and drive change
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
