We want to instill cybersecurity good practices to employees in a way that's actually effective, and entertaining enough so that employees don't feel like they're working. Think Duolingo but for cybersecurity.
We created a platform to easily rollout a cybersecurity awareness program: the platform sends chat-based 4-minutes long courses to teams. Following the courses, the other side of the platform simulates phishing attacks, to prepare employees to face hackers — but in a safe environment.
Created in 2020, Riot has raised $15m with top-notch investors (Y Combinator, Base10, Funders Club and Frst Capital), and is now protecting more than 500,000 employees in over 1,000 companies (including Intercom, Deel and Deezer) all over the world.
Cybersecurity is everywhere. It's impacting everyone, everyday, and it's becoming the number one risk to any organization, whether it's a small business or a big firm. Yet, the cybersecurity culture in most companies is a disaster. Hackers are leveraging this by targeting the weakest link: the employees. We're on a mission to fix that.
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be a key member of the Revenue team. You’ll design, implement, and continuously improve sales training programs, playbooks, and enablement materials. By collaborating with Sales, CSM, Partnerships, and Product teams, you will ensure that our teams have the skills, knowledge, and resources to drive growth.
What you will do 🤝
Develop and Optimize Enablement Programs:
- Craft targeted playbooks for midmarket, enterprise, partnership, and CSM teams.
- Design and refine onboarding programs for both internal new revenue hires and our partners, working closely with VP Sales and the Partnerships team.
- Standardize training programs and content across France and other international markets.
Design and Deliver Engaging Content:
- Develop interactive training materials using platforms like Notion to foster a continuous learning culture.
- Collaborate with the Product team to produce impactful content for new product launches and sales initiatives.
Identify, Analyze and Address Skill Gaps:
- Assess sales team competencies to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement tailored enablement initiatives that drive performance.
Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of updated sales resources.
Measure and Optimize Program Impact:
- Track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of enablement programs.
- Analyze feedback and results to refine strategies and maximize overall effectiveness of your programs.
Who you are 🪪
- You have 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field.
- You bring hands-on experience from a role in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- You are proficient with role-play exercises and e-learning platforms.
- You are an exceptional communicator, comfortable speaking to large groups and tailoring your message for diverse audiences.
- You are highly organized, thrive in dynamic, multitasking environments, and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Hubspot, Notion, and revenue intelligence tools (like Modjo) is a huge plus.
- While you don’t need to be a cybersecurity expert, a passion for our mission to transform cybersecurity culture is essential.
- You are based in Paris or willing to relocate.
