Key Areas of Responsibility include

  • Validates client contracts for submission to Order Processing via internal system
  • Provides administrative support for the Sales team with assigned Tasks
  • Generates Monthly & Special reports as needed for Sales Team review
  • Works closely with Sales leadership to redefine process and procedures as necessary
  • Supports Sales Team training initiatives including creating & presenting training materials
  • Process an Order Change Request by working directly with Client or Sales Rep.
  • Review & submit Project Cancellations to Order Processing Team
  • Manages lead creation & facilitates distribution to the Sales Team

Required Profile

  • Associates degree or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications, or related field (can be substituted for 2 years of work experience)
  • 2-3 years experience in sales support role with healthcare IT industry preferred
  • Experience using a leading CRM Application System strongly preferred (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Able to perform and manage multiple priorities with a fast-paced environment
  • High sales acumen
  • Well-organized and highly focused, Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work well cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills
  • Be able to identify problems and offer solutions
