About the Role

As a Sales Consultant in the Mortgage Network, you will be a key part of the support team dedicated to assisting Key Account Appointed Representative (ARs) in the development of their business by maximising the strategic alignment opportunities with Quilter to deliver good customer outcomes.

You will develop strong relationships within key functions of the business including other parts of Quilter, assisting, and enabling pro-active problem resolution and providing additional support to Relationship Managers, collaborating with other key stakeholders to deliver coordinated support to Key Account ARs.

You will proactively follow-up on actions and next steps agreed between Relationship Managers and ARs, support the creation of, and ongoing analysis of MI and drive a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement, placing the customer experience front and centre. This will also include responsibility for the promotion of central initiatives.

Ensuring that Conduct Risk is at the forefront of management decision making, you will be putting the customer at the heart of what we do by committing to decisions we make delivering good customer outcomes and taking responsibility for treating customers fairly in their direct and indirect dealings with the Company.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a broad understanding of how to build relationships that are professional and beneficial to all parties as well as good knowledge of the industry within which Quilter Financial Planning operates, strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and experience in developing and delivering training solutions.

You will have excellent communication skills, including over the telephone with the ability to quickly build and maintain relationships with Principals, Advisers, provider contacts and other key stakeholders. As well as confident approach, you will be someone able to react quickly to changing priorities, and have good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential, as is the need to be focused on developing solutions to create exceptional user experiences, continuous improvement and being results driven with strong passion to deliver.
