Responsibilities 🤓
- Lead Management: Qualify and nurture inbound leads from websites and other channels. Your goal is to generate new leads, execute outreach campaigns, and manage interactions efficiently.
- Market Research: help understand our target accounts - identify key players, conduct prospect client analysis, and qualify leads.
- Sales Support: You'll be the backbone of our sales process, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
- Data Management: Maintain and expand our prospect lists. Your diligence in updating, cleaning, and maintaining our CRM database will be crucial on contacts, companies and deals.
- Reporting and Analytics: Regularly update sales process reports and analytics, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Prospect Engagement: Engage in at least 150 prospect interactions per week, ensuring a consistent and meaningful connection with our prospects and clients via email, chat, linkedin and calls.
Required Skills 💻
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and familiarity with Google Suite or similar software
- At least 2 years in technical sales pipelines or project management in software outsourcing.
- Basic oral and written communication skills both in Spanish and English
- Comfortable with tools like Slack and ClickUp and open to asynchronous work.
Nice to Have Skills 😉
- Familiarity with methodologies like BANT, TAS, SPIN, etc.
- Knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator Experience in guiding clients through business initiatives and resolving complex situations.
- Prior exposure to B2B software services in the data or AI space.
- Direct Consulting Experience: An added advantage.
