Job Description
Your Mission
As a Sales Asistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth processing of orders, maintaining accurate customer records, and assisting with sales reporting. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and products.
Administrative Support
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales processes, contracts, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing and tracking sales-related requests, ensuring timely responses.
- Support the sales team with data entry, record-keeping, and updating CRM systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documents as required.
Sales team support
- Help streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and allow the team to focus on selling.
- Share relevant product updates, sales procedures, and training materials with the team.
- Assist in coordinating sales-related initiatives and special projects.
- Help onboard new sales team members by providing essential information, materials, and system access.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
- Ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into sales operations.
Qualifications
Your story:
- No prior experience required, but previous sales or administration experience is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing presentations, sales proposals, and materials for partners.
- Ability to effectively convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot and CRM software (preferred).
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Reliable, collaborative, and takes full ownership of assigned tasks.
- Fluent in English and Croatian.
