About the Role
Due to sustainable growth, we are now recruiting for a permanent, full-time Office Coordinator to join our Acacia Ridge, QLD office.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Sime Executive Manager of HSE Operations and the HSE team.
The role will also be accountable for overseeing travel, accommodation, and entertainment bookings, as well as meeting coordination and administration tasks within the Health Safety & Environment Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
This role will involve the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Executive Manager of HSE Operations to deliver seamless administrative assistance
- Prepare reports, presentations, and papers
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and entertainment for our team
- Coordinate and administer various administrative tasks as required
- Organise and facilitate meetings including, video conferences, record and prepare minutes when required
Essential requirements
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience working in an administrative role
- Excellent computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven customer experience with a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey ideas clearly
