- Perform analyses of complex, multi-modal RWD assets to drive internal insight generation and collaborative research
- Assist commercial teams in identifying potential patient cohorts of interest and convey any caveats or other considerations as these data are pursued
- Adopt and adapt methodologies to present a patient-level view of records in Labcorp’s RWD assets to enable chronological assessments of events in the course of a patient’s care
- Create data payloads in fulfillment of contracted RWD commercial activities as well as facilitating appropriate data transfer as necessary
- Design and implement methods to link patients across disparate data sources
- Develop, test, and deploy dashboards and analytics user interfaces supporting a variety of use cases and internal and external users
- Act as a point of contact for projects requiring analytics expertise and resources
- Produce end-to-end data quality metrics to ensure that data pipelines are operational and data is being processed as expected
- Serve as role model for junior team members, encouraging effective communication, shared responsibility, and collaboration
- Assist in the troubleshooting of data pipelines and aberrant results occurring in RWD projects
- Contribute to the creation of RWD publications and/or conference presentations
