Job Duties and Responsibilities
The RPA Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of RPA solutions. Responsible for managing RPA team, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the business goals and standards. RPA Manager will drive vision and strategy for enterprise automation to continuously improve and increase adoption and expansion of the program .
Key Responsibilities:
- Create RPA Roadmap for the company
- Drive Team to achieve the RPA savings goals
- Spread RPA awareness across the company
- Monitoring and driving RPA projects to success
- Hire and retain top RPA talent
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree or above in IT or related field
- 3+ years of working in a RPA manager role
- 3+ years of working with any RPA tool preferably UI path
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in managing offshore and onshore team
- Ability to work on a high pressure environment and deliver results
- Have solid understanding of RPA concepts, architecture and frameworks
- Have strong knowledge of programming languages like Java, C# or Python
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
