About the Opportunity:
As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Life Fitness/Hammer Strength, you'll play a key role in optimizing revenue processes and performance for our sales organization. By delivering data-driven insights, you will support strategic decision-making and help refine sales operations to maximize revenue growth. This position centers around managing, analyzing, and continuously improving our revenue forecasting tool and sales operations metrics.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL - M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days #LI-Hybrid.
What you'll do to be successful:

  • Revenue Forecasting Tool Management:
    • Maintain, track, and enhance our revenue forecasting tool to support accurate, timely forecasting for sales leaders.
    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and streamline processes.
    • Provide training and support to sales leaders on effectively using the forecasting tool. Develop resources, such as guides or FAQs, to ensure that users can easily access and interpret data.
    • Regularly audit and validate the accuracy of revenue forecasts, collaborating with sales teams to address discrepancies and refine forecasting methods.
  • Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and report on key sales and revenue performance metrics.
    • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide clear, actionable insights for sales teams and leadership.
  • Sales Process & Pipeline Optimization:
    • Identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas within the sales process, sales cycle, and pipeline.
    • Conduct gap analysis and prioritize initiatives to drive performance improvements across the sales organization.
  • Data-Driven Decision Support:
    • Support the sales team by providing insights based on historical data, industry benchmarks, and trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives and address key questions with data insights.
  • Risk Management:
    • Analyze and identify risks to forecast accuracy, including external market conditions, customer behavior, or operational challenges.
    • Work with management to develop mitigation strategies for any forecasted discrepancies.


What are we looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Power BI; experience with Macros is a plus.
  • Strong aptitude for framing business questions with data and delivering insights that drive results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with various levels across the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for fitness and health; experience in the fitness, wellness, or athletics industry is preferred.
