Job Description
Data management:
- Understands project budgets.
- Represents budget in Resource Hero (Resource database).
- Compares and reconciles data sets.
- Manages resource records correctly for starters, leavers, returners, and movers in Resource Hero.
- Identifies issues and escalates.
Reporting and insights:
- Uses existing reports accurately.
- QC existing basic Resource Hero and Excel reports.
Departmental stakeholder relationships and communication:
- Attends departmental resource meetings.
- Presents data clearly.
- Presents their own ideas clearly.
Personal effectiveness and ownership:
- Displays personal organization.
Qualifications
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Experience desirable, but not required in administrative position.
- Positive and flexible can-do attitude.
- Good communication skills and self-awareness.
- Proactive and can work with some autonomy.
- Numerate, happy to work with numbers.
- Good eye for detail and develops their own personal processes to check the quality of their work.
- Problem solving and practical workarounds.
- Empathetic; able to take on another person’s perspective.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills.
