Role Profile

As a Researcher – Client Engagement, you will focus on identifying and profiling potential clients, markets, and projects in the corporate interiors space. You’ll collaborate closely with the Client Solutions team, providing vital insights and data to drive client acquisition and business growth. This is a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in market research and client engagement while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industries, and projects within the corporate interiors sector.
  • Develop detailed client profiles, including key decision-makers and company insights, to support the Client Solutions team.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities in the design and build market.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and client engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business development goals and priorities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research findings in CRM systems.
  • Support outreach efforts, including email campaigns and targeted client communications.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Client Solutions leadership on market developments and opportunities.

About you:

  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in market research, business development, or client engagement, preferably in the design and build or corporate interiors industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen interest in identifying new opportunities and contributing to business growth.
  • Passion for the design and build industry and a good understanding of corporate interiors trends.
