Job Description

  • Manages a team responsible for reporting.
  • Oversees the factory's operations.
  • Reports on and monitors key performance indicators.
  • Plans and controls cost centers.
  • Analyzes deviations between actual and planned costs.
  • Coordinates the business plan development process.
  • Collaborates and coordinates with other factories, departments, and central functions.
  • Controls project and investment costs.
  • Conducts financial evaluations of new investments.
  • Monitors investments related to machinery and equipment.
  • Prepares reports as part of the monthly reporting process to headquarters and the factory (profit and loss statement, inventory, stock levels, etc.), as well as reports on key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics (preferably)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in controlling
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Very good level of English language is mandatory
  • Proficiency in the German language is an advantage
