ABOUT THE ROLE
Pernod Ricard Sweden is looking for a dynamic, committed, and analytical VIE Reporting Analyst to join our Finance department based in Stockholm. You will be in charge of reporting to Pernod Ricard Headquarters (PRHQ), ensuring accurate reporting of monthly actuals and quarterly forecasts complying with Group guidelines, instructions and deadlines.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all financial flows in our internal books are set up and mapped in a correct way in our ERP- and related systems. You will be working closely with our accounting and controlling teams and the BI team to maintain and improve IT-systems related to reporting. You will be a key stakeholder in our Digital finance project with the objective to further automate and improve the reporting process and tools.
The key responsibilities are:
- Monthly reporting and validation of volumes and financials in Group reporting tool
- Contribute in the forecasting processes on various tasks in collaboration with the finance teams.
- Super user of ERP, BI and group consolidation systems
- Ensure that all flows and transactions in local books are correctly allocated and mapped for Management reporting, based on Group requirements
- Lead continuous improvement activities to provide new functionalities in ERP-, reporting and planning systems/tools
- Be involved and prepare for the switch of our ERP system from Navision for B Central
- Support the Business on various topics such as building and providing reports for instance.
ABOUT YOU
You have a financial background and analytical mindset, you are curious to understand financial flows and have the capability to manage big sets of data. You are also a proactive, solution-oriented person with good communication skills and have a strong interest in working with IT/ERP-systems and driving changes and improvements.
To excel in this role, we require:
- A university degree in Finance, economics, management or similiar
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a relevant field and preferably from an international company
- Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Previous experience from data management and/or some of our tools; PowerBI, Smartview, Datalense, ERP (NAV/Business Central) and Tagetik (Polaris) is a significant advantage.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a full time, temporary position for approximately 1 year on a VIE contract (The VIE International Internship Program). To be eligible for a VIE I contract you much be between 18-28 years old, and of a European Union nationality.
The preferred start date is April 2025. Our office, located in beautiful premises by the water in Liljeholmen Stockholm, offers fully equipped workstations, an office canteen, a gym, and more. We encourage a minimum of 3 days per week in the office to foster collaboration with colleagues and maintain a convivial team spirit.
