About the Role:

As Manager of APAC Region, your key focus will be planningand executing the renewals lifecycle while driving high customer satisfactionand retention. You will build and manage a renewal sales team to reduce churn,maintain steady customer retention and manage accounts to ensure an on-time orearly renewal. You will also coach a team to identifyopportunities where we can expand business within our customer base. Managingcustomer success is a critical component of this role along with partneringwith our sales team to drive growth. 

You will:

  • Execute renewals and customer success strategic plan​s
  • Manage the renewal process to maximize revenue growth and achieve revenue goals​
  • Work closely local with Account Managers​ and Regional Directors to drive desired outcomes
  • Manage key performance metrics and dashboards that help the Customer Success and Renewals organization to focus on this area​
  • Lead, manage, mentor, recruit and onboard new members to APAC Renewals Team
  • Ongoing coaching and development of APAC Renewals Team
  • Deliver and report regional forecast and performance metrics 

About you:

  • Strong team leadership skills​
  • Critical thinking & decision making​
  • SFDC experience
  • ​Academic or similar degree in Business, 5+ years of management experience in the technology industry in renewals, sales and sales ops​
  • Ability to professionally interact and communicate with existing customers
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in group settings and autonomously
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English, negotiation and collaboration skills​
  • Willing to manage ad hoc projects to improve current process and programs
  • Experience in transformation to Subscription Business Model
