Join our team as a Reliability Engineer and lead the proactive enhancement of our asset reliability. You'll play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and overseeing maintenance strategies throughout our FLEET. You use your analytical mindset to identify priorities and areas for improvement to boost asset availability and performance, while adhering to the fundamental principle of total cost of ownership.Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of equipment maintenance strategies.

  • Analyse data and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and drive continuous improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective maintenance strategies.

  • Actively participate in capital projects, providing reliable input to engineering groups.

 Your Profile:

  • Strong analytical and electro-mechanical skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in (advanced) data analytics/algorithms.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vessels and vessel management.

  • Innovative mindset with a focus on solutions and driving improvements.

  • Willingness to travel to vessels while mainly being based at HQ.
