ABOUT THE ROLE:
At Talon.One, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery Coodinator to oversee and refine our release management processes and communications. Between development and operations, ensuring that every release is planned, executed, and delivered seamlessly. You will act as the bridge for collaboration between development, QA, operations teams in the RnD department and the post sales teams, fostering open communication, increasing confidence with our clients and minimizing potential risks.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Oversee the end-to-end release management process, ensuring smooth delivery of updates, features, and fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a prioritized Scrum backlog and guarantee alignment across departments.
- Develop and manage comprehensive processes to minimize human error and ensure consistency and confidence in delivery.
- Gather, triage, and analyze feedback from stakeholders, clients, and internal users to identify and prioritize enhancements or new features.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics for release impact, such as downtime, release frequency, and on-time delivery rates.
- Drive continuous improvements in the release process, ensuring a structured, transparent, and collaborative approach.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 3 - 5 years experience in release or project management, with a strong understanding of software development and operations workflows.
- In-depth understanding of the continuous delivery process in SaaS production.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including maintaining and prioritizing Scrum backlogs.
- Experience creating detailed release checklists, automating them and managing feedback from multiple sources effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and report key metrics that measure the success of releases.
- Excellent communication skills and Fluent English.
- Familiarity with release management tools and techniques to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
