The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Testing Services Specialist to join our Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing End-to-End tests within the SAP Finance & Controlling space, playing a pivotal part in supporting ASPIRE Testing activities across various regional deployments.
Key Responsibilities:

Global and Regional Test Management: Define test cases, plans, data, and prerequisites for multiple test phases including Dry-Run, SAT, UAT, and Regression Tests.

Test Execution and Documentation: Perform tests at global, regional, and local levels and document results in SAP Solution Manager, adhering to Roche PMM and CSV standards.

Coordination and Defect Management: Work with external partners and manage defects across different streams effectively.

Progress Reporting: Set up proper status reporting to provide visibility on test execution progress to the Test Management team and stakeholders.

Cross-Regional Support: Collaborate across RSS Regional Testing Hubs to ensure project timelines are met, especially in critical phases.
Who You Are:

Experienced SAP User/SAP Consultant: Over 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP systems (R3/S4 HANA)/SAP FI module.

Strong Finance Expertise: More than 5 years of experience with R2R and/or Accounts Receivable processes, including sub-processes like GL, cost accounting, CAPEX, tax, Credit management, Dispute management, Collection Management, and Rebate Management.

Testing Proficiency: Experienced in testing solutions from an end user perspective (UAT) and proficient with test management tools, preferably SAP Solution Manager.

Technical and Analytical Skills: Strong knowledge of process-based IT systems (ERP and decentralized systems), Master Data, Reporting, and Analytics.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Problem Solving and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on clear communication and change management.

Customer Service Focus: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
