Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000/year + benefits (Credit for experience will be given)
How You Will Make an Impact:
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operational success of multiple senior living communities across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, driving financial and operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of care and accountability within each community.
This is a junior-level role that serves as a direct support to the Regional Director of Operations (RDO). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Independent Living (IL) while also possessing experience in Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Care (MC) to effectively manage a balanced portfolio of at least five communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational oversight for multiple Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities
- Lead and support Executive Directors and community leadership teams in achieving operational excellence
- Ensure communities adhere to budgetary guidelines and meet financial goals
- Drive census growth and policy improvements to enhance overall community performance
- Conduct mock surveys and prepare communities for regulatory compliance
- Represent Twenty20 Management at community engagement events
- Foster a positive, results-driven culture while holding leadership teams accountable
Schedule & Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel to multiple sites across GA, SC, and NC
- On-call availability for urgent operational matters
- Standard weekday schedule with flexibility for community needs
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Experience in Independent Living is essential, with a strong understanding of the senior living landscape
- Assisted Living & Memory Care experience required to support a diverse portfolio
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive operational success
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and occupancy forecasting
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance regulatory compliance with a customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in multi-site leadership preferred
