As a Reference Data Associate in the AMS Securities Services team, you will act as a primary point of contact for end users and stakeholders, handling inquiries and resolving issues. You will collaborate with various teams to analyze and resolve functional, data, and technical issues, and support User Acceptance Testing for technology changes across the platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle user inquiries and issues independently, ensuring satisfactory resolution for end users.
- Monitor and manage the queue in ServiceNow to ensure timely response and resolution of issues.
- Leverage prior experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Testing to enhance support processes.
- Participate in daily production issue calls with technology teams and provide necessary updates to end users.
- Identify common or repeated issues reported by end users and create knowledge articles to enable self-resolution.
- Publish daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and KPIs to senior management regarding issues and inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Development Team to plan and implement activities for Agile releases.
- Support release management by conducting production checkout activities to ensure smooth deployments.
- Actively participate in Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, and Demo/Showcases to align with team objectives.
- Publish daily end-of-day status reports with KPIs to Senior Management, Product Owners, and the Development Team.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- You must hold at least a Bachelor's degree and
- Must have 10 +years of relevant experience in a financial services organization.
- Understand the Agile framework and project lifecycle standards to effectively manage and execute projects.
- Apply knowledge of ITIL standards to improve service management and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships to foster collaboration and teamwork.
