The Recruitment Sourcer is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for current and future openings within the organization. They employ a variety of sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a diverse and talented pool for hiring managers to choose from.
Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and attract passive and active candidates.

Research: Conduct in-depth research on target companies and industries to identify potential candidates and understand their skillsets and motivations.

Candidate Engagement: Develop and execute compelling outreach strategies (emails, phone calls, social media messages) to engage potential candidates and gauge their interest in opportunities.

Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in sourcing and recruiting.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field.
