The Recruiting Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Global Recruiting and be responsible for overseeing the hiring process and supervising the recruiting team in our Lahore office. The Recruiting Manager will ensure compliance with international labor laws while attracting talent for current and future openings.

As a Recruiting Manager, you will: 

  • Work US timings (9am-6pm EDT) on-site
  • Build and maintain relationships with leadership in the Lahore office
  • Full-Life Cyle recruiting responsibility for assigned positions globally
  • Be a self-starter with a passion for recruiting, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to tackle ambiguity
  • Provide a thoughtful and creative approach on how to recruit top talent to the company
  • Lead and manage the Lahore Recruiting team with a strong player-coach mentality
  • Support building a world-class candidate experience and ensure that both the vision and execution are shared company wide. 
  • Keep track of global recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline ratios 
  • Provide updates to leadership on a regular and ad-hoc basis

You are a strong fit for this role if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a deep understanding of topics related to hiring top talent for a growing company. 
  • Experience managing a team of recruiters in a SaaS organization
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Experience working successfully in a global, high-growth, fast-paced environment. 
  • Advanced abilities in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Experience with managing ATS, Greenhouse preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines with good project management capabilities. 
  • Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization.
