Under general direction, responsible for employee recruitment and selection. Confers with business management in order to define candidate profiles. Organizes and conducts interviews with all levels of candidates, including management and technical. Maintains relationships with external search companies. Analyzes effectiveness of recruitment techniques. Prepares reports on candidates. Role requires more than 5 years of experience.
