About the Role

Reporting to the Strategic Accounts & Contracts Manager this role is a hybrid, 12 month fixed term contract role (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) and the ideal candidate will be located close to ideally Willerby or Dunstable.

What You Will Do

Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Process rebates/ price support:
  • Creating the agreements in S/4 system and sending them for approval via built in workflow
  • Monitoring accruals and adjusting them when requested by Senior Sales & Marketing Controller
  • Payment of Quarterly/Annual Rebates to produce credit note for customer
  • Processing of Monthly/Quarterly Price Support claims (prepare claim using customer traced sales, upload claim into system, resolve any errors, produce customer credit note)
  • Support Key Account Managers/ sales team on rebates/ price support as needed  
  • Pricing analysis support
  • Co-ordination of price increase communications to customers
  • Contract administration - collation of contract documentation

Who You Are

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience working with SAP (desirable but not essential as full training will be given)
  • High attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
