JOB SUMMARY(業務内容) :
当社が開発・製造する医療分析機器／検査機器において、顧客ニーズを実現する新製品開発や継続的な製品の改善を主な職務として取り組んでいただきます。当社製品はグローバルマーケットを対象としており、三島事業所において製造・開発した分析装置を世界中に輸出しております。
【具体的には】
- 当社の医療分析機器や検査機器の新製品開発、既存製品の設計変更に携わって頂く予定です。
- 構想設計→実現性検討→試作設計→設計検証→市場不具合調査まで幅広く携わります。
- 機械、電気、アプリケーション、ソフトウェアのエンジニアと連携し、チームとして開発業務を進めていきます。
- 海外オフィス（アメリカ等）と協力して開発していただきます。
REQUIREMENTS(応募要件):
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE (必須の知識と経験):
- 精密機器（駆動機器）の機械設計のご経験3年以上
- 3D CADを使用し、設計、製図の経験があること
- 試作機を組み立てるための資料作り、動作試験確認が可能なこと
- 英語にアレルギーがない
EDUCATION（学歴）:
- 大卒以上

- 積極的にコミュニケーションがとれる方、課題解決に向けて自ら行動を起こせる方、失敗を恐れず前に進むことができる方をお待ちしています。
DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE（望ましい知識と経験）:
- 医療機器の開発に携わっていた経験を有している
- 試作機等で試行錯誤を繰り返し、問題を解決した経験を有している
