GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Responsible for supporting the QSV Division's need around technology maintenance and administration, quality data analysis and triage, regulatory survey/tracer coordination and related data management. Coordination of QSV division communication to Sate and Regulatory agencies. Coordination of clinical registry data and reporting. Coordination of medical staff quality data, reporting and related processes. Coordination of QSV committee meeting preparation and materials. This position is to be the "hub" of QSV support across the network
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for QSV Technology Platform maintenance and administration. (15%)
- Responsible for coordinating Network quality, regulatory, patient safety, infection prevention and risk communication to State and Regulatory agencies. QSV data coordination and triage. Assimilating work done at the hospital level, trending and analyzing data and making recommendations for further focus and actions.(15%)
- Responsible for regulatory survey and tracer coordination, data management and plan implementation. (15%)
- Coordination and support clinical registry data, reporting and standardization processes. (10%)
- Coordination and support of medical staff quality data and processes and plan implementation. Coordinating work across the network and helping in efforts to standardize processes and increase efficiencies, etc.(15%)
- Support the preparation of data, materials and presentations for various QSV committees. (15%)
- QSV data coordination and triage activities. (15%)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare related field required OR 4 years of progressive and relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in coordinating cross-functional activities/projects. Experience working with various software platforms/databases. Experience in analyzing data for trending purposes.
Preferred
- Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
