Taken
Als Quality Control Medewerker speel je een essentiële rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van onze producten. Je voert testen uit op grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten om te garanderen dat ze voldoen aan de hoogste interne en externe kwaliteitseisen. Dankzij jouw analyses en inzichten kunnen we continu verbeteren en onze klanten de beste producten bieden.
- Kwaliteitscontrole: Testen en evalueren van inkomende grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten.
- Probleemanalyse: Identificeren van afwijkingen en achterhalen van de oorzaken.
- Rapportage & verbetering: Interpreteren van data, rapporteren van resultaten en bijdragen aan procesoptimalisaties.
- Ondersteuning & onderzoek: Uitvoeren van testen op interne en externe verzoeken en analyseren van klachten.
- Specificatiebeheer: Up-to-date houden van productspecificaties en controleren van externe specificaties.
- Veiligheid & netheid: Werken volgens veiligheids- en milieuregels en zorgen voor een ordelijke werkplek.
- Samenwerking: Fungeren als back-up voor R&D-medewerkers en bijdragen aan de afdelingsdoelstellingen.
Functie-eisen en competenties
- Een bachelor in chemie of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Goede beheersing van MS Office; ervaring met Excel is een pluspunt.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
- Een nauwkeurige en analytische werkstijl.
- Een proactieve, probleemoplossende instelling.
- De mogelijkheid om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
