Required Skills:
- Design, develop and implement business intelligence solutions for the organization helping to build infrastructure and tools required to support and improve the business and achieve data reporting and analysis goals.
- Participate in client discussions during requirement gathering, development and post-production stages as required and helping them with technology decisions to be made during the course of time.
- Should be willing to drive the customer discussions for the projects as required.
- 4+ years of experience in delivering business intelligence and Analytical solutions.
- You should have good hands-on experience on Dimensional modeling for DWs.
- Develop reports, dashboards scorecards, data exploration, and visual analytics using existing and emerging technologies and tools.
- You must have worked with Reporting, visualization and Data tools (Qlik Sense / Qlikview/Tableau/ /Cognos/Oracle/ Snowflake/Redshift).
- Good experience in writing SQLs .
- Experience in database and BI Migration projects.
- Should have experience in all phases of the project - Requirement gathering, Estimation, Project Planning, Execution, Go-live and support.
- Work closely with business stakeholder, data analyst and data engineering team to perform data transformation, strong ability to troubleshoot, resolve data issues, test and validate data flow and reports.
- HealthCare domain related Business knowledge.
- Process oriented with great documentation skills.
- Keep informed concerning best practices, recommendations and training on concepts to team members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
- Ability to organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners.
- The ability to plan work and meet deadlines Accuracy and attention to detail.
