In charge of analysis and laboratory activities of process and cleaning validation, special projects according to site procedures and in compliance with registration files, quality (cGMP) and safety (HSE) standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct / Manage analysis for validation activities of the QC analytical testing laboratory and owns the VMP process for QC Nyon plant
- Manage analytical transfer activities
- Provide timely, accurate analytical data which is recorded according to Testing Monographs, SOPs, and Regulatory Dossiers
- Acts as Senior Expert in quality systems in laboratories implementation in accordance to Haleon QMS and GMPs, review for investigation, deviation, change controls, corrective and preventive actions.
- Supports all QC sub functions in problem solving and complex projects
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives which positively impact cycle time, productivity, efficiency and Quality work.
- Maintain individual performance and objectives through the performance review process.
- Maintains a high-performance work
- Manage analytical subjects for regulatory perspective
Knowledge/Education required:
- BS, Chemistry
- 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical industry with operational experience in advanced analytical
- Pro-active thinking to generate creative solutions to complex problems Safety, Quality, Results and Customer oriented French (Fluent) & English (read, written and understood) MS Office knowledge SAP/LIMS/Empower software knowledge
