QA Lead

About the role 

We are now looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective working methods and routines to ensure smooth operations. You will take charge of planning, leading, and following up on test work, collaborating closely with technical testers, acceptance testers, and other team members. Together, you'll optimize test planning, test environments, and automation processes. A key aspect of this position involves driving automation efforts within tests. Furthermore, you will also actively participate in hands-on test activities. If you are passionate about quality assurance and innovation, we invite you to bring your expertise to our team.

About the team  

IT Corporate consists of several agile teams consisting of 3 – 10 colleagues. In this role you will sometime join an agile team for improving and participating in the agile sprint. You will also work across the teams and make sure the QA principles and methods are up to date. Who are you?  

We are seeking an individual who thrives on collaboration and enjoys sharing knowledge with others. The ideal candidate is both pedagogical and communicative, with a strong ability to convey ideas effectively. You should be driven and self-motivated, with a clear focus on quality and a thorough approach to your work. If you excel at juggling multiple tasks, are flexible and solution-oriented, and bring a proactive and innovative mindset. 

You have:  

• A relevant education with a university/college degree or comparable skills 

• A great interest in quality assurance of IT systems 

• At least 3 years of test management experience 

• Experience driving implementation in test automation 

• Experience driving integration testing (APIs and file integrations) end to end 

• Experience with test automation frameworks 

It is a plus if you also: 

• Are experienced in Load tests/Performance tests and penetration tests 

• Experience with one or more testing and test automation tools 

• Microsoft Azure Dev Ops Test Management module
