We are seeking a motivated Junior Manual QA Tester to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and executing tests for mobile applications (iOS & Android), ensuring high quality and performance.
You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and automation engineers to identify and report issues, document defects, and enhance the testing process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review software requirements and specifications to understand functionality, scope, and potential risks.
Design, write, and execute manual test cases for mobile applications (iOS & Android), ensuring test coverage, stability, and regression validation.
Set up and configure test environments for both mobile applications and server-side components to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
Communicate effectively with developers, QA team members, product managers, and automation engineers to understand requirements, discuss issues, and ensure alignment with QA best practices.
Verify and validate defect fixes to ensure issues are properly resolved.
Identify, document, and report defects using test management tools.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Technical requirements:
Background of technical work experience in previous jobs / military
Familiar with basic QA methodologies - A must
Worked in a client-server environment - An advantage
Familiar with cloud based systems - An advantage
Experience in native mobile testing (iOS or Android) - An advantage
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira) - An advantage
High level of English written and spoken - A must
Personality requirements:
Ability to work on multiple projects
A highly motivated person with great interpersonal skills
Great team player
Proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
