Who we're looking for
Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products. This is an incredible opportunity to learn how to build products well and to make a meaningful impact on the future of Remedy and its partners.
What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders, to understand application needs and contribute to architectural discussions, offering informed suggestions and negotiating solutions.
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (primarily GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployments in cloud environments (e.g., CircleCI, GitHub Actions).
- Automate pipeline deployments, tooling implementations, and infrastructure setups.
- Optimize application deployments for Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) like performance, scalability, and robustness.
- Provide in-depth technical troubleshooting, defect investigation, remediation, and root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to estimation and planning for projects/solutions/work items.
- Develop and prototype new tools and practices as part of our architecture offerings.
- Embrace and thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and a degree of uncertainty.
What should my qualifications be?
- 7+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems.
- Excellent communication skills (C1 level English minimum).
- Demonstrated ability to lead a technical team.
- Familiarity with AI/ML
- Proven ability to develop cloud-based solutions using best security practices, with a strong focus on DevOps using infrastructure as Code (Terraform), GCP and AWS.
- Strong backend development skills, particularly with Python (FastAPI)
- Proficiency in API backend development.
- Knowledge of message queues (e.g., SQS, SNS).
- Database design skills (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS RDS).
- Ability to configure CI/CD pipelines for application deployments in cloud environments (e.g., CircleCI, GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker).

What We Do
Remedy Product Studio works with founders on strategy, execution, and launch of digital products. We collaborate with Seed to Series C companies across healthcare, data, and finance/commerce technology. We have been a long-term partner to companies including ClassPass, HealthReveal, H1 Insights, Sommsation, Ash, and Caraway Health. Partners are typically with us for 3 years, and we engage our venture network to guide them through an average of 2 fundraises, helping them secure investors like Google Ventures, Greycroft, and Serena Ventures. We work closely with investors to fill out rounds and invest in select partners in the form of sweat equity. So, what does a Remedy partnership look like? - Each Remedy team works exclusively with a single partner to synthesize company objectives, create a roadmap, and then deliver a product. - With our unique flavor of agile methodology, our product-led teams distill a partner’s broad vision into a lean scope that can be delivered and tested in a short time frame. - Our cross-functional teams work on product management, full stack and data engineering, DevOps, architecture, QA, and UX/UI design. Throughout a partnership, we gather product metrics to inform long-term technology and business strategy.
