Theoria’s Operations Department is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as a Project Manager. This role is vital for implementation and fostering the relationship of new facility partners.
Shift Structure:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
- Travel is required
- Hybrid, both onsite and remote work (about 50% travel, 50% remote work)
Employment Type:
- This is a full time, exempt position.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate, and ensure a smooth transition to Theoria Medical for new facility partners and corporate partners
- Oversee the implementation of new clinical programs at skilled nursing facilities to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures across long-term care facilities to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide comprehensive training to nursing staff on established processes and protocols, ensuring consistency and quality in patient care.
- Monitor the execution of company programs, reinforcing adherence to policies and procedures among nursing staff.
- Educate nursing teams on the mission, values, and core principles of Theoria Medical to align staff with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate the successful launch of new clinical initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, project management, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is often preferred.
- Experience in healthcare project management, operations, or a clinical setting (3-5 years typically required).
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices (e.g., HIPAA, CMS regulations)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management to coordinate with healthcare providers, administrators, and external partners.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking to address challenges and implement efficient solutions.
- Budgeting and resource management experience to ensure cost-effective project execution.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira).
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to measure project success and impact.
Compensation and Benefits:
- 80,000-120,000/year
