About the Role

The GTM Operations team works cross-functionally to bring excellence to the way FareHarbor’s client-facing teams operate. As a Project Manager, GTM Operations, you’ll lead a wide variety of complex, cross-functional projects focused on improving the efficiency, scalability, and impact of how we bring value to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless end-to-end execution of projects, helping to set the stage for FareHarbor’s growth and success. By applying your expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder management, and process improvement, you’ll drive initiatives that improve business outcomes and enable GTM teams to execute with greater efficiency. Your ability to structure ambiguous projects, drive alignment across teams, and execute with precision will allow you to tackle key operational challenges in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do here:

  • Project Management
    • Lead large-scale programs and projects from initiation to completion
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
    • Establish project plans, assign ownership, define timelines, and track milestones
    • Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation, enabling transparent communication and providing a foundation for future project planning and execution
    • Implement robust risk management practices
    • Conduct post-mortem analysis to identify key learnings and continuously improve project execution
  • Stakeholder Alignment and Communication
    • Act as a bridge between functions, ensuring cross-functional alignment, priority alignment, and effective collaboration
    • Translate complex projects into clear, actionable project plans
    • Facilitate decision-making by identifying risks, proposing solutions, and escalating as needed
    • Maintain transparent and effective communication with leadership and key stakeholders
  • Sprint and Iteration Planning
    • Lead Iteration Planning to ensure effective prioritization of work across the GTM Operations team
    • Monitor progress, adjust timelines as needed, and ensure deliverables are met
    • Drive accountability by defining clear ownership and expectations for deliverables
  • Standardize Project Management 
    • Fostering operations excellence, establish and refine project management best practices
    • Develop standardized processes for project intake, execution, and reporting
    • Ensure documentation is current and comprehensive

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-function programs and projects at scale
  • 3+ years in GTM or Revenue Operations
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, Agile preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (Jira and Airtable preferred)
  • Experience working at a high-growth SaaS company preferred

Salary Range: $77,760-$116,640, plus 10% bonus potential
