Project Coordinator- Plexus Services

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting cloud migration, transformation, and key technology projects within Netsmart’s Plexus Cloud organization. The Project Coordinator will serve as a primary point of communication, ensuring teams stay on task and providing high-level status updates to keep projects moving forward.

As part of the role, you will assist in maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and coordinating tasks across teams. You’ll be responsible for updating backlogs, scheduling meetings, and using tools like Excel, Office 365, and Jira for project tracking. While cloud expertise isn’t required, a tech-savvy mindset and a willingness to learn are key.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a point of communication and leadership for project team
  • Create, manage, and distribute daily and weekly status updates related to each project.
  • Maintain project assets, communications, and related database(s).
  • Assist in communication and or coordination with all personnel necessary to ensure project completion
  • Track the progress on each project to ensure it stays on time and on budget.

Qualifications

Required

  • Ability to work onsite and In-Person at our Great River, NY office.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4-years relevant work experience
  • Project management experience
  • Strong leadership skills, interpersonal competencies, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

  • Intermediate skills in the use of common business tool sets including MS Office
  • Experience working in Jira

Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to 20% of the time as needed
  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
