Job Details

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Managers in monitoring and guiding projects through the agency review process to ensure on-time and accurate deliverables. The Project Coordinator manages and prioritize projects’ efficient routing, coordination, and communication, and support the operations team in developing viable solutions for workflow delays that may affect deadlines.

The Project Coordinator understands workflow and production processes and will work diligently to keep projects moving forward while working under pressure and on tight deadlines in a solution-oriented manner. This position demands organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and a diplomatic touch.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of Agency process and workflow and apply it to the routing process
• Manages internal project deadlines and follows up to ensure timely reviews
• Coordinates the uploads and routing of projects through the team while managing route communications and approvals to ensure reviews are completed in a timely manner
• Ensure strong team communication
• Play a central role in deliverable risk analysis; the Traffic Coordinator must be adept at identifying potential roadblocks to deliverable timelines and identifying potential solutions in conjunction with Project Management
• All other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is an asset
• 1-2 years' relevant experience
